52.53 tonnes of aluminium back in circulation
In 2026, we received an official certificate confirming that 52.53 tonnes of aluminium scrap have already been collected at our facilities and transported back to our aluminium supplier for recycling and reprocessing.
This is what a closed loop looks like in practice. Production scrap never leaves the supply chain – it’s continuously recycled. The aluminium is reprocessed and reintegrated, reducing the demand for primary raw materials and lowering the environmental impact associated with their extraction and production.
Aluminium is particularly suited to this model. It can be endlessly recycled without any loss of quality, which makes it a key material in a responsible, resource-efficient production process. Through structured collection, controlled return logistics and collaboration with certified partners, we can guarantee full transparency and traceability within our material flows.
Closing the loop is not a statement of intent. It is a measurable action embedded in our daily operations.
Joining Better Stands as an Industry Partner
At the same time, we became an Industry Partner of Better Stands - an initiative that brings together event organisers, stand contractors and suppliers around a shared goal: reducing waste on the show floor and accelerating the shift from single-use to reusable stand construction.
For Aluvision, this was a logic step as reusability is one of the key features our modular systems. A stand built with Aluvision components can be assembled, dismantled and reconfigured across multiple events, eliminating the need to produce new materials for every show.
Joining Better Stands allows us to connect with a wider industry community, all working towards the same outcome: making reusable stands the norm rather than the exception.
Every step counts
These initiatives are all part of how sustainability shows up in the daily operations at Aluvision. It is the same thinking which also lead to the recent installation of a Bpost parcel locker on our site: consolidating deliveries, reducing unnecessary transport movements, making the responsible choice the default one. Different domains, same logic.
Reducing our material footprint is not a project with a finish line. It is a direction we move in consistently - through the products we build, the partners we work with, and small decisions that add up over time.
