During a first interview with HR, we mainly assess your expectations, motivation, experience and competences. In addition, we would like to introduce you to our culture, values, expectations and opportunities for growth.
If you can enthuse us during the first meeting, we would like to invite you - depending on the vacancy - to make a number of assignments. This way we know for sure that you are the right person for the job!
Are your assignments successful? If so, an introductory meeting with your manager will follow, preferably at the same time as the assignment.
