Poly-55 bright
Poly-55 bright is a recent addition to the Aluvision family and is the first solution that offers a lightbox frame that fits perfectly into a frame wall. The profile is only 2.17" (55 mm) deep, fitting perfectly in between any other 2.17" (55 mm) frame or profile (i.e. omni-55 frames). Just like its larger brother, Poly-124 bright, it is equipped with a slanted front edge in order to avoid any shading around the edges of the lightbox. The back of the frame is generally fitted with a LED panel, providing the necessary backlighting for the lightbox.

When Aluvision frames are being used in combination with hard panel infills, it is recommended to use 1/8" (3 mm) thick panels, such as our Aluvibond infill panels. Those aluminum composite panels are readily available in black or white and have a 40% gloss. Aluvibond panels can be cut to any sizes to fit our frames. The maximum Aluvibond panel size is 5'x10' (1.5m x 3m).

C-corner
C-corner
The C-corner is a sleek rounded corner profile that provides a very easy corner connection between two frames, while at the same time providing a very clean finish. Two sides are fitted with an integrated M6 threaded edge, allowing quick and easy connection of frames at any height of the profile. Corner profiles can be easily combined with any 2.16" (55 mm) profile.
