At Aluvision, we proudly celebrate the dedication of our colleagues, honoring milestones at 5, 10, 15, 20, and even 25 years. To commemorate the significance of their commitment, we present them with a special gift: The Visitor.
Created by the late Guido Deleu, an inspiration to the creative world and the father of Aluvision founder Dirk Deleu, the sculpture symbolizes our impact on the world. Originally made of aluminum and bronze, a smaller ceramic version is now crafted by local artisans in Brazil. By supporting this community, we contribute to global job creation and prosperity while honoring our team's contributions.
The Visitor is more than just a gift—it’s a reminder of the lasting impact we have on the world and the people we support. We are grateful for our colleagues' dedication and look forward to growing together.
Honoring Milestones, celebrating people
• 25 years of dedication at Aluvision was honored with the Golden visitor for Bart Van Parijs, our Senior Accountant and a true pillar of the team.
• After 20 years in production, Mike Nijffels was celebrated with a gift card as a token of appreciation for his hard work.
• Recognized for 15 years in R&D, Michiel Lesage received the Big ceramic visitor, a well-deserved tribute to his contributions to innovation.
• A decade of commitment was rewarded with a Bronze visitor for Annelies Laenen (HR Business Partner), Niels De Bosschere (ERP Analyst), and Julia Bessel (Internal Sales).
• The Chrome visitor was awarded to Niels Carnoy, who, after five years as Team Leader Technical Writer, has already made a significant impact at Aluvision.
