Company
Aluvision is a global specialist in the design and development of sustainable solutions for exhibits & events. One-off wooden designs have given way to modular, easy-to-build and reconfigurable aluminum building solutions: an evolution powered by a family-oriented company where people are encouraged to grow both personally and as a part of a close-knit team.
Green headquarters
Impactful corporate culture is a top priority at Aluvision, with a strong focus on authentic leadership and creating an ideal, inspiring workplace. Since summer 2024, our sustainable headquarters in the Evolis industrial park in Kortrijk (BE) has been the home of our innovative and rapidly growing team. The building combines sustainable technology with timeless design and offers eco-friendly, comfortable workspaces and leisure facilities. We are committed to sustainability for future generations.
Working for tomorrow
For us, sustainability is more than just business — it’s a way of life. We encourage our employees to carry our values beyond the workplace. We use solar energy, energy-efficient production processes, and flush toilets with rainwater. We encourage employees to bring reusable water bottles and have purified tap water stations. Small changes in mindset can make a big impact, both on the work floor and beyond.
Gender equality
For us, gender equality is not a goal — it’s a given. What else would you expect from a company founded by a strong partnership? Ann Vancoillie and Dirk Deleu lead Aluvision together, setting an example and demonstrating the power of gender equality in the workplace. Just as we focus on ecological and economic sustainability, we also take our social responsibility seriously. Our teams are balanced at all levels.
Balance is key
Social sustainability goes beyond just gender balance. We recognize that life doesn’t stop when you’re at work, so we foster a fun and lively atmosphere where hard work and enjoyment go hand in hand.
There’s a daily mini-tournament to blow off steam, and our screen-free lunches provide the perfect opportunity to reconnect and recharge. We also regularly organize fun events and an annual team-building activity to boost morale and team spirit. With our international offices, colleagues can easily gain experience abroad — a great way to grow both professionally and personally.
Strengthening knowledge
At Aluvision, sustainability is not just about products — it’s about people. Growth, collaboration, and knowledge sharing are in our DNA! Our three showrooms are the go-to places to learn everything about modular innovations.
Through the Aluvision Academy, we offer workshops and webinars so you can get to know our products inside and out.
With Aluvision Connect, we connect companies worldwide and help them grow. Partners receive training in technical skills, sales, and marketing, along with networking events and exclusive business opportunities. This helps them become true Aluvision Ambassadors, spreading our values and expertise globally. Our own team also receives ample opportunities for growth through training and coaching, building a strong future together!
Proud Belgian Maker
Our focus on innovation and sustainable growth was recognized early on: in 2015, we won the “Leeuw van de Export” and in 2017, the “Belgian Maker Award.” These awards confirm that innovation and product development are at the heart of what drives us.
In 2025, we received notable recognition in the US for our commitment to diversity. This gave us extra energy to further expand our social sustainability and make a meaningful impact.
Global icon, local impact
Our impact goes beyond knowledge sharing! Years ago, Guido Deleu, Dirk’s father, created the iconic bronze sculpture The Visitor. This artwork traveled around the world and has since been reimagined in a smaller ceramic version.
These pieces are carefully crafted by local artisans at the Corres di Terra studio in Brazil, supporting the local community and contributing to employment and prosperity. We proudly purchase and gift them to clients and employees as a token of appreciation for exceptional achievements.
Sustainable Development Goals
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) form the foundation of our sustainability strategy. They are interconnected and approach sustainability from three essential perspectives: economic, social, and environmental.
