What does Aluvision specialize in?
Aluvision specializes in the development and production of modular systems, high-quality LED tiles and event units for the exhibits and events industry. We offer durable and sustainable modular systems for all temporary constructions such as walls, meeting rooms, raised floors, ceilings, video walls, POS displays, lightboxes, decking systems, etc.
Where is Aluvision headquartered?
Headquartered in Kortrijk (BE) along the E17 highway, our location offers quick access to major European fairgrounds. In addition to this European production facility with a showroom, Aluvision also operates in the USA to serve the North American market. Our production facility and showroom in Atlanta (GA) along with a showroom and sales center in Las Vegas (NV) ensure efficient support and accessibility for our partners worldwide.
Who can use Aluvision’s products?
Aluvision products are distributed through a global partner network made of exhibit design/build firms, experiential agencies, and live event producers. Our modular exhibit systems and LED video tiles have originally been designed for use at trade shows and events, but can just as well be used for showrooms, office spaces, museums, shop-in-shop, … any type of temporary constructions.
What does “modular” stand for?
Think of a modular system like LEGO for the exhibit and event world. Just like LEGO bricks can be clicked together in endless combinations to create different shapes, a modular system is made up of reusable components that can be assembled, disassembled, and reconfigured to build structures of all sizes. This flexible framework forms the base of temporary constructions and can be finished with materials such as solid panels, glass, silicone edge graphics (SEGs) and more. A high-quality modular system is strong, lightweight, and built to last—designed to handle repeated use without losing its structural integrity, much like your favorite LEGO creation that’s taken apart and rebuilt again and again.

What type of products does Aluvision offer?
Aluvision provides high-quality modular exhibit systems and LED tiles for the exhibits and events industry, offering durable and sustainable solutions to build temporary setups like walls, meeting rooms, raised floors, ceilings, video walls, POS displays, and lightboxes. Designed for maximum flexibility, our modular systems for exhibits and events ensure quick and effortless assembly and dismantling. What characterizes Aluvision's products?
Aluvision’s modular systems for exhibits and events feature a perfect blend of high-quality standards, versatility of use and high-end finishing. Our partners are empowered to create stunning, reusable spaces with effortless assembly.
What materials are used in Aluvision modular frames?
All Aluvision’s modular frames are made from 77.5% recycled aluminum. The alloy used, AlMgSi0.5 F22, ensures a sleek and decorative finish when anodized (an electrochemical process that creates a durable, protective layer on the aluminum surface) or powder-coated
What types of LED video tiles does Aluvision sell?
Aluvision offers LED video tiles for indoor and outdoor users in a range of pixel pitches for optimal picture clarity. Our LED video tiles can be used for walls, ceilings, floors, tunnels and archways, and more. They also offer the ability to create seamless, edge-to-edge structures at 90-degree angles. With unique dimensions of 496x496mm, Aluvision’s LED tiles are fully compatible with our modular frame system and can be connected to incorporate the LED tiles into a larger design and/or structure.
Why does Aluvision anodize its aluminum modular frames?
Unlike other modular systems providers, Aluvision opts to take the extra step in our manufacturing process to anodize our aluminum profiles to ensure high-end quality and increase our products’ longevity and eco-friendliness. Anodization reduces the oils excreted from raw aluminum which cause stains and greasy fingerprint marks. In turn, this ensures less byproduct waste when handling our product. Anodization creates a barrier that protects the aluminum, leaving the surface scratch and dirt resistant. Moreover, anodization leaves the aluminum with soft edges and a smooth finish which increases the safety of handling our modular systems for exhibits and events.
Do Aluvision products comply with industry standards and regulations?
All Aluvision products, including our modular frames and LED tiles, are designed to meet the strictest international industry standards and regulations, ensuring quality and safety at every stage.
Can Aluvision solutions be customized?
Our wide range of standard products with short production lead times covers most design needs. In many cases, minor design adjustments eliminate the need for full customization, reducing lead times and costs. However, Aluvision’s flexible production processes do allow for custom solutions to our modular systems for exhibits and events when necessary.

How can I place an order?

What is the typical lead time for orders?
We process all orders as quickly as possible. The production time for your order will vary based on the complexity and size of the order. We will provide you with an estimated timeline during the ordering process.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally. We offer options via road, air freight, or sea freight. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on the destination, order volume, and chosen shipping method. To get an accurate shipping quote, please provide us with your delivery address and order details, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Can I track my order?
Yes, order tracking is available for certain shipping methods. Smaller orders are typically shipped via DHL, and we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time. For larger shipments, tracking options may vary—feel free to contact us for more details on tracking availability.
What are your warehouse opening hours?
Our warehouse operates during the following hours: 08:00 – 12:00 & 12:45 – 16:00 CET (BE)
and 08:00 – 12:00 & 12:45 – 16:45 ET (USA).
(these hours are subject to change, so we recommend confirming in advance if you plan to visit.)
Installation & assembly
Are Aluvision products easy to assemble?
We continuously strive for products that provide maximum output with minimal effort! Our modular exhibit systems and LED tiles are easy to assemble with a toolless, plug-and-play connection system.
Do you provide assembly guides or video tutorials?
We provide our customers with easy video tutorials and a technical catalog explaining these assembly processes in a detailed way. Customers get access to these via our Extranet, so you can rely on them wherever you are, at whatever time. And you can always count on your sales contact, account manager, or training specialist to provide you and/or your team with clear information about the assembly process of our modular systems for exhibits and events. 
Sustainabilty & quality
Are Aluvision products environmentally friendly?
Absolutely! Aluvision products are designed for sustainability, with 100% reusability in mind. Our modular frames for exhibits are made from at least 77.5% recycled aluminum, a material that’s light, strong, and endlessly recyclable without losing quality. The recycling process requires only 5% of the energy needed to produce new aluminum, significantly reducing our carbon footprint. A smarter choice for a greener future!  
What makes Aluvision solutions durable and long-lasting?
Established in 2003, Aluvision has always operated with a focus on high quality and precision standards to ensure our products can be reused over time without decreasing in performance. As part of our manufacturing process, we anodize our aluminum profiles which creates a scratch- and wear-resistant barrier, ensuring lasting quality. What makes Aluvision’s headquarters sustainable?
In June 2024, we moved to our brand-new sustainable headquarters in Kortrijk (BE). Designed with energy-efficient technologies and a timeless aesthetic, our facility reflects our commitment to an environmentally friendly future. Site selection was made based on finding a modern and green locale that was situated on a main highway connecting many important cities and easily accessible to public transportation and bicycle routes. The facility is powered in part by geothermal and solar energy, with LED lighting fixtures for reduced energy consumption and 2,000m2 of floor-to-ceiling office windows to maximize natural lighting. Rainwater is collected and reused for flushing toilets, and our waste management policies support the reduction of waste by optimizing our packaging methods and avoiding single-use plastics.

Does Aluvision provide training or demonstrations?
Yes, we do! We provide a wide range of trainings, both face-to-face and online, for our modular exhibit frames and LED tiles for events. Can I visit Aluvision’s showroom? Which showrooms are available?
Yes, we welcome visits to our showroom by appointment. This allows us to give you our full attention and provide a comprehensive overview of our products and services. We have showrooms in Belgium (Kortrijk) and in the US on the East and West coast (Atlanta and Las Vegas). At each of our showrooms, you will see on display Aluvision’s modular exhibit frames and LED tiles for events in various configurations
